Thank you sincerely! Mr. President Fight! Ursulo, Mrs. President! Dear leaders!...

Europe and America are able to bring the end of the war, a fair and reliable peace - the presidential speech at the euro council meeting

Thank you sincerely! Mr. President Fight! Ursulo, Mrs. President! Dear leaders! Thank you that they have invited Ukraine to participate in the work of the European Council, especially now, after updating the EU institutions. I am also grateful to you, Mr. President, as we have already said, but I am grateful to you and the European Commissioners of Kai Callas and Marty Kos for a visit to Ukraine on the first day of the Cadence of the new EU leadership.

And at the same time it was a symbolic event and a true manifestation of support. Now is the time to think about the results of the year and our common achievements. Ukraine's military support from Europe has strengthened our ability to defend themselves from Russia, which saved many lives.

Sanctions against Russia are intensifying, and this year we have made significant progress in the fight against its shadow tanker fleet - we have to prevent Putin from using it to finance war, and we must release European and international waters from these old ships to prevent oil spills. We also need to press on other areas of the Russian economy and export of energy, in particular, sanctions on Rosatom - another tool of Russian aggression.

We are united by the expansion of economic cooperation, especially in the development of our defense industries. We need to continue to increase weapons production and increase the industrial potential of Europe. And I am grateful to all partners who are already investing in Ukrainian defense production, including drones and artillery, as well as those who allocate significant funds for defense.

Supplying weapons, increasing production and strengthening sanctions against Russia to push them to diplomacy - all this will be extremely important next year. Europe should be strong. Our priority is air defense, fulfillment of agreements with partners, in particular with the United States, to provide Ukraine with the necessary systems. We need 19 more systems to protect energy infrastructure, especially nuclear power plants, from Russian missiles.

These systems, already stored on partners, can save lives. I urge you to continue to support us and help to strengthen the White House's dedication obligations to improve Ukraine's air defense. Thank you to anyone who helps restore Ukraine's energy and sustainability. This, along with air defense, is the best response to Russian large -scale missile attacks. I am grateful to anyone who works to protect the geopolitical clarity and economic security of our continent.

This is possible only by attracting all European countries to EU structures and, of course, NATO. No democratic nation should remain outside the united Europe and the Alliance - this applies to Ukraine, Moldova, and Balkan countries. Unfortunately, Russia -controlled Mafia in Georgia is working to pull the country under Putin's influence and distract it from the European path. The current government in Tbilisi refuses to cooperate with the EU.

I urge you to press, especially in Ivanishvili and his friends, so that they do not allow them to receive the benefit of the steady European future Georgia and the decades of progress. We cannot afford the loss of any country in our Europe, because the fall of one will bring us all to split and conflict.

And it is extremely important to support the European choice of Moldova, and it is not only about elections, but also about the prosperity of the people of Moldova - it must feel the power of Europe in the fight against poverty. We are grateful in Ukraine for the beginning of negotiations on EU membership and hope to make maximum progress next year, during the presidency of Poland and Denmark. Our goal is to open all the clusters over the next year.

We have made significant progress in ensuring Ukraine's financial stability. Thanks to your support, we feel more confident about next year. I am grateful to everyone and every country with which we have concluded long -term support agreements is a great help. And we also need to clearly determine the frozen Russian assets - they need to be used more actively to counteract aggression. And for diplomacy, of course. America and Europe should be at the negotiating table when time comes.

Like Ukraine, the EU has to start negotiations in strong positions, and the strength of Europe is in unity. We need coordinated work for the sake of a long peace, not just suspending the fighting that Putin seeks to win time. We need to push Moscow to a true, steady and guaranteed peace. And we all understand that in January President Trump will increase efforts to end the war. It depends on us whether Europe will support it in a strong, only voice.

It is important for us to work, and it is that China, India, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and other global partners not only respected Ukraine's territorial integrity, but also used their influence on Russia when needed. We ask Europe to pay more attention to the roles of these countries, as they can push Russia to respect the principles of territorial integrity, which will meet their own interests and promote peace.

It is also important for Europe to make a significant contribution to security guarantee. We support France's initiative on a military contingent in Ukraine within these guarantees and urge other partners to join these efforts, which will help put an end to the war. Europe and America are able to bring the end of the war, a fair and reliable peace. However, in order for the United States to apply maximum pressure, Europe must take a clear position.

What will Russia recognize the need for peace? The first is geopolitical clarity for Ukraine and Europe - the invitation of Ukraine to join NATO. Second, clear progress in the issue of Ukraine's membership in the EU. Third: strengthening our defense promised weapons and air defense systems, as well as urgent equipment of brigades. Fourth: Increasing investments in weapons production in Ukraine and Europe to increase potential.
