Against the backdrop of fighting with Russian volunteers in the Belgorod region of Russia, a legal regime of a counter -terrorist operation (CTO) was introduced. On Monday, May 22, the governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram-channel reported.

"In order to ensure the safety of citizens in the Belgorod region, a legal regime of a counter -terrorist operation has been introduced, which establishes special measures and temporary restrictions," Gladkov wrote. According to the governor of Belgorod region, the events will be in checking the documents on the streets. In addition, it is possible to suspend the activities of hazardous industries and organizations that use explosive, radioactive, chemically and biologically hazardous substances.

The full list of restrictions looks like this: on May 22, Russian volunteers liberated the village of Kozynka of the Grayvoronsky district of Belgorod region and entered the administrative center of the district - Grayvoron. The GUR Ministry of Defense of Ukraine stated that citizens of the Russian Federation as a part of the Legion "Freedom of Russia" and RDC conduct an operation in the territory of Belgorod region.

According to Roszma, near the village of Kozinka, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation try to "squeeze" a group of about 80 people. Volunteers also counted two tanks and two armored personnel carriers. It was also reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Belgorod region introduced the plan "Edelweiss" in connection with the entry into the territory of the region of Russian volunteers.
