Transfer Winter Time 2022: How will Ukraine's arrows spin during the war

As of today, most regions of Ukraine will switch to the traditional "winter" time for our country. But in the temporarily occupied territories of people, they are forced to live continued in fact by "Moscow" time. This Sunday, October 30, Ukraine will switch to "winter time". This year, the transfer of the clock arrows coincided with combat operations in our country, energy crisis and rigid energy savings. The focus was understood when and how to translate the clock in 2022.

The question "When and where to translate the clock" became relevant for Ukrainians only in 1981. Then the people first moved the arrows in March for an hour ahead, and at the end of October returned them to their initial position, moving an hour ago. After the collapse of the USSR in 1991, Ukraine continued to "twist the arrows". And in 1996, the transition to "summer" and "winter" time was enshrined in law.

Initially, moving the clock per hour was justified by the fact that by increasing daylight, it is possible to save electricity, which is spent on lighting streets and homes. However, practice has shown that even with the transition to the "summer time" the power system continues to feel the load at the expense of energy -intensive industrial enterprises and the use of household appliances. There were several attempts in Ukraine to ban the transfer of watches.

In 2011, the deputies could not reach a consensus what time it was to be left - summer or winter. And on October 9, 2020, a spokesman for the Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk introduced the Bill No. 4201 "On Calculation of Time in Ukraine" to the Verkhovna Rada. Stefanchuk proposed not to translate the clock, starting on October 25, 2020, to install the so -called "Kiev time" throughout the territory (during the UTC+2 time belt) and to make a minimum correction of seconds, if necessary.

The relevance of his bill on the cancellation of the "summer" time Stefanchuk argued for the health of citizens, referring to the opinions of doctors and the needs of national security (so as not to forcibly establish the so -called "Moscow" time on the territory of Ukraine). In the first reading "for" 277 MPs voted, but in the second reading of the draft law Ruslan Stefanchuk, votes fade: the green button pressed only 212 parliamentarians.

Transfer of watches in the Zaporozhye region in 2022 may not occur. At least the occupying Russian administration on the temporarily captured Armed Forces of the Russian Federation forbade the transition of clock arrows an hour ago. In this case, the region will switch to the traditional "Kiev" time. And as of now, living in the "summer" time, the occupied regions are in one time zone with Moscow. The Russian Federation has canceled the transfer of clocks to 2014.

The collaborator and self -proclaimed mayor of Energodar called for the same Ukrainians in the occupied territories. In his opinion, the transfer of the clock per hour ago in 2022 is "the Kryvoda, which is satisfied by Ukraine. " The sharp transition from "summer" to "winter" time and vice versa leads to changes in the biological rhythms of a person, which negatively affects the general condition of the person, both physiological and psychological.

After moving the clock arrows, citizens deteriorate well -being, decreases working capacity, there is a significant exacerbation of chronic diseases. Scientific studies associate changes in time with diseases of the cardiovascular or immune system as they interrupt biological cycles. It is also proven that the transfer of the clock does not help energy.

On the last Sunday of October, on the 30th, at 4:00 it will be necessary to move the clock arrows one hour ago, thus installing an arrow at a mark for three hours. If you have a mechanical clock, you will have to make this manipulation manually. At the same time, modern smart people, fitness breasts, smartphones, tablets and laptops go to "winter" time automatically. The focus has already written about how the translation of the clock affects people's lives.
