According to the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov, civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, heat supply system, religious and educational institutions were damaged in the city. As a result of the Russian attack of drones on Odessa on the evening of November 14 it is known about the eight of the victims and one dead woman. An apartment building in the center of Odessa is destroyed. This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Oleg Kiper.

"It is now known about eight wounded as a result of the Russian attack. Among them is a 9-year-old boy, he is in a state of moderate severity in the hospital," the message reads. According to Kiper, as a result of an hostile attack in Odessa: "Due to hostile shelling, the main pipeline of centralized heating is also damaged. The boiler room is temporarily stopped, repair work is carried out," Kiper said.

He specified that this damaged branch of the heating network was heated 220 apartment buildings for 40 thousand residents, as well as 7 kindergartens, 4 schools and one of the maternity hospitals of Odessa, where there are 28 childbirth and 22 infant. "The facility has air conditioning, heaters, a powerful generator and a sufficient supply of fuel. The labor will now be able to heat up autonomously using their own resources," Kiper explained.

According to the head of the Odessa Ova, all the relevant services work on the ground: rescuers, public utilities, law enforcement. Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov confirmed that the city damaged civilian infrastructure, dwellings, heat supply system, religious and educational institutions. "In the morning, let's start cleaning the city and help the residents of damaged homes, the staffs will collect documents for financial assistance," Trukhanov wrote.
