"We are already scared." The Armed Forces will grind all the need from the Russian Federation to the last rashist - interview with Danilov about Putin mobilization
What should be the response of Ukraine to all these actions of the Russian Federation and what the ability of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex is now in martial law, Radio NV discussed this with Alexei Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine. Video of the day - you appreciated Russia's actions to mobilize so that we do not need to pay attention to, rudely pay attention to their decisions.
Do you think that such a position is not completely correct? However, either 300,000, or a million, which is now writing a new newspaper, is a common escalation. It can be something serious from Russia? - You are a little delimitation that we do not pay attention to it and say that we allegedly live in some vacuum. This is not true. We follow the events that occur in the aggressor.
We say that we cannot influence the madness that the Kremlin is in today, I literally said that "we are on the cymbals that what decisions there is this" king ". That's what I meant. Concerning the decision on the total mobilization made by the Russian Federation. This indicates that our army, our armed forces grind all the need that the Russian Federation sends here. More than 50,000 Russian Federations have already gone to the world.
If they want them to be more, we cannot forbid them to deal with these issues. How many they can collect - whether 300,000, or a million or 100,000 - let's look. We watched very carefully how they completed their third army (the Army Corps - Ed. ). Every day we get from our intelligence information about the complete set, where it occurs, in what state it is. And believe me: we track every step of our enemies, which is carried out in that territory, understand what is being said.
We pay attention to that. At the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, which takes place two to three times a week, the issues you have emphasized are required. They are sure to be considered. We understand in what condition and where we are in the coordinate system that exists today.
- Do we have an understanding, however, it is about 300,000 or a million? What is known about Russia's ability to involve so many people in the army? How can it be active, how long can it be? When can these people appear on the front? And is there any understanding that they will appear here? - We need to understand how they will deal with this issue. 300 thousand should be dressed, armed, prepared. This is an extremely difficult and difficult job.
To think that it can be done in one day by passing the summons or on the street, or in the subway, or where they do it there is not true. As soon as we see the formation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, our armed forces will respond accordingly. - What is the task of the armed forces? - To make a statement about 300 thousand, now the leakage of information that will be a million - what for? To intimidate us or how? We are already scared after February 24.
I do not know what should happen that they can somehow scare us, our army, our society. They can say tomorrow that they will attract 10 million citizens. There is a clear understanding that those who want to go to fight against our country, they have already completely exhausted this resource. I note that the so-called "volunteer battalions" they already form three to four months, where they invite for huge money to go to kill.
But they could not: they did not have the ability to recruit the appropriate number of professional people to go to [war]. They moved to the second stage - they began to ride in the colonies. Everyone knows the video when the [group] representative of Wagner had a speech to the people who serve their sentences. He suggested that they would be deprived of this status, which they were there, to go to the front.
Believe me, there is a huge number of [prisoners] in the colonies of the Russian Federation, but they have no desire. I do not say that everyone has no desire. They moved to another stage. The so -called partial mobilization has now been announced. At first they said 300 thousand, then - a million. We understand what it is about and who is talking about.
- Then what is the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine before the entry into the war of these mobilized ones? According to adequate estimates, they need to prepare for at least a few months, if it is not "cannon meat", which will be allowed to go immediately into the war. The preparation will last for three to four months, conditionally before February 24, but 2023. And we will have a huge number of troops ready to join the Russian Federation.
What are the assignments of the Armed Forces before this moment in order to meet them adequately? - The assignments of the Armed Forces, starting on February 24, are ground every day and grind this horde that has come to our country. There are no other tasks in our armed forces. The task is simple: to destroy our enemies, to liberate our Ukrainian land, a point. It is a task that does not change from the first day of the Great War, which began on 24 February]. Before that, there was another war.
When the hot phase of the Great War began on February 24, there are no other tasks in our armed forces, there is no security and defense sector. And it will not exist until we throw the last rashist from our earth. As for what form they will send them here, or in a week or in a month, whether they will prepare them - this is not depends on us, but on the Russian Federation. I can say that those who went on 24 [February], in March, in April were different.
There were also prepared, professional [military] (landing), but it did not help them. There were people who first saw that tank or APC where they got stuffed. As in this case, we will look. - General Zaluzhny, commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, published an article - his vision on the mobilization plan for 2023.
As Zaluzhny wrote, the main feature of the confrontation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is not even a significant difference between the number of forces and means of the parties in favor of the Russians. The decisive disproportion in capabilities is decisive. The capabilities of Zaluzhny calls, for example, Russia's ability to shoot two thousand kilometers with its rockets deep into our rear.
Instead, we only have a point of point-y or HIMARS systems that beat missiles for 80–100 kilometers. Our capabilities in this component are 20 times weaker than Russian. I understand that on the basis of your reasoning, mathematically, in the number of troops does not change the question of the capabilities of the Russian army.
- What do you mean by the word "capacity"? At one time, when all the partners predicted us defeat in February and gave us a very short time for this war, they just counted tanks for tanks, planes to aircraft, military to the military. And it was a big mistake, because it is not mathematics in this case. The spirit that is in our people, [the desire] to protect our native land, how can you appreciate it? What is the grade of this phenomenon? There are things that you absolutely cannot appreciate.
Our boys and girls who defend our country, I do not know how they can be counted. What they do is things that are not amenable to any modern analysis. I can give you a very simple example. We have a guy in the troops, who is 19 years old. He has a weapon. He knocks down planes like birds from a gun with this weapon. Well, what do you say? He is 19 years old . . . - It is clear that the mental context cannot be measured.
Many intelligence of the world lost when they misunderstood the possibility of Ukraine's resistance. But the question of capacity is largely in the technical characteristics.
What are the abilities of our defense industry now in war? Can we oppose something, except for what we get from partners? What about the minds that could put up a long -range weapon in Ukraine? Are they, whether they have money, is there any money for this equipment? Is it possible to build businesses, improve our capabilities? This all purely intensified in the article of the commander of Zaluzhny.
- I got acquainted with Valery Fedorovich's article very carefully, and everything was noted there about long -range weapons. When I communicated with him, he said that this article was written for our partners, so that they would understand what our capabilities are, what their capabilities are in the Russian Federation. I want to say that today the whole military-industrial complex we have works at full capacity, in the morning until the evening.
Every day reports of the Supreme Commander-President of our country-about what our military-industrial complex has done for the past 24 hours. Similarly, we have reports that we have received to protect our national interests to protect our country. This is under the control of the president. All representatives of the security and defense sector are involved in these reports. Every day we understand where we are, in what situation, in what world.
Do we have the ability to attack the enemy today? Let's assume that what happened at Crimea airports is, say, unknown birds flew there. - In the end, the commander of Zaluzhny admitted it in his publication. - And what is the distance, please tell us from our territory to [explosions in Crimea]? - Probably, kilometers 250 were there. - And you said that we only have 120. - I speak purely by technical characteristics. - What we have a little, we will understand, there is a little.
Of course, we would like much more, but as one of the founders of one of the countries (our Kiev), if we look - will find. -the ability to create defense enterprises together with our neighboring partners, for example, with Poland. Is this option being implemented now? - This is no longer a new novel. There are many events in the Polish territory regarding the military-industrial complex. Our experts, experts from Poland, from other countries . . . I would not want to branch this issue now.
And I can say that it is not only Poland. - Against the backdrop of escalation, which Putin announces, he remembers nuclear weapons. The whole world was disturbed from this statement, again began to say that it was unacceptable. You have also said that Putin would apply nuclear weapons, he realizes that the Russian Federation would fall apart, because the answer from the whole civilized world will be instantaneous and destroying this country.
But why are a lot of experts saying that it's Putin's bluff? How is the real threat of nuclear weapons using this rashist dictator? You and the Ukrainian authorities have been accused of not notifying the population that there would be a large -scale war. But now we have a chance to talk honestly about the threat of nuclear blows.
- Is there a threat of nuclear blows? What you want to hear from me, taking into account the situation in which, before the beginning of the war, everyone understood what was happening. By the way, whether they were notified. This is not Radio HB that we had something to talk about in the evening and evening. These are much more difficult things. It is a state and it is responsibility.
And if someone thinks that now it is necessary to say that tomorrow there will be a nuclear blow from the Russian Federation, do you generally imagine that it can start happening? Whether it is, or not, we cannot answer with you now. You talk about the madness of a person. In our view, in the Russian Kremlin certain processes are already beginning. I would like to remind you that when it was reported about President Putin's evening speech and he will announce some things, this did not happen.
And it did not happen precisely because there was a discussion - not everyone agreed [were] that he offered Putin in the first version. And after that they were forced to move Putin the next day. Was the correction between the evening and the morning? Of course, it was. Was it big? Of course, she was big. As to whether tactical nuclear weapons will be used. I would like to pay attention to the emphasis of our partners. Boris Johnson's Prime Minister Boris Johnson responded to this time.
He made a statement that the Russian Federation would immediately receive an adequate answer if, God forbid, it would happen. Then, later, there was a statement of the United States, President [Joe] Baiden. And other politicians, other world leaders, make statements today. Regarding the defragmentation of the Russian Federation. This is a matter of our survival. Until the Russian Federation is within the limits, the danger of that territory for our country will be constant.
- And yet, you will agree that for Russia, which does not support any legal rules, world agreements, the potential recognition of those now captured territories of Ukraine as a result of pseudo -referendums will be a formal basis for seemingly nuclear protection of their territories. How do you look at it? - We look at it calmly and carefully. And please tell us how we should look at it? The aggressor occupied part of our territory, says that he would hold some ["referendums"].
No civilized country in the world will be able to accept these things, because it is unacceptable in the 21st century. I am sorry that in 2014, when he did the same in Crimea, the world at one time did not respond adequately to those events. And now these are consequences. Will the world respond to these so -called "referendums" on which they are going to draw numbers, it is difficult for me to say today. I clearly understand how we will respond: our army will fight for our independence.
We do not have a different way but to choose our independence through our Armed Forces of Ukraine. We do not have other armed forces, except for us, no one will defend our country. We thank those countries that help us today in this fight, but we mean that we protect not only ourselves - we protect Europe. If, God forbid, Ukraine is losing, I have repeatedly said that the Baltic countries, Poland and so on would be the next ones.
-And now, when they have not yet held a referendum, the world responds adequately to the Russian-Ukrainian war? - Of course, we would like it to be a more aggressive position. We would like to be given as many weapons as possible. I would like to emphasize that this is our desire. We thank those countries that help us to choose our independence, but I want to emphasize: this is our country, to defend it. No one will protect it instead.
I want us to all realize and understand it and thank those countries that help us. -That is why I asked you about the capabilities of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex, not depending on other countries. We still received some veiled answer from you, but . . . - I can continue this question.
If you think that for the modern war, the defense-industrial complex that remained after us after the Soviet Union and after that heritage of Yanukovych, is able to produce everything weapons needed today, unfortunately, you are mistaken. It is simply impossible either technologically or physically. Do we have any capacity? Yes, we have. Are these capacities loaded 100%? Yes loaded.
But, unfortunately, there was such a time when we lost certain things and catch up with it would be extremely difficult. I want you to understand that every country in the world has its interests, and in a strong, wealthy, powerful Ukraine, not all countries of the world are interested. And our neighbor did everything possible and impossible for our defense-industrial complex to be in the state in which it is located today. This must be admitted.
- The heating period, cold and frost are approaching. We understand that a huge number of energy enterprises are damaged. According to the Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Alexei Chernyshov, 349 energy infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of Russian shelling. These are TPPs and TPPs, many of them in the Donbass.
What awaits people in the territories close to the front line? -First, winter will be difficult for everyone, not only for those who are on the front. The state will do everything on it to avoid unpredictable situations. But I want to emphasize again that this is a war. We need to understand that the enemy is insidious. And when he began an attack on the objects of critical infrastructure of the energy [sector], we have an understanding of what he does for. - Cause us panic.
