This opinion was voiced by the head of the Center for Combating Misinformation (CPD) Andriy Kovalenko.

According to him, Moscow did not change its plans, and the blows to Kharkiv should be considered a conscious genocide. "The main purpose of Putin is to destroy the Ukrainian people and the occupation of land. Kharkiv strikes are that they will not stop if Ukraine does not sit at the table of negotiation more of our territories, "he said.

At the same time, Kovalenko added that for the head of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin, the key task was and is the elimination of the Ukrainian state and the accession of territories to Russia. "It should be understood. And not deceiving yourself. Terror tools are included in this plan. This can be counteracted by causing a mirror answer in the presence of sufficient weapons," he added.
