"Within the law": the invaders gathered to distribute the apartments of Mariupols to the Russians

The Russians write orders on the so -called "homeless" apartments in Mariupol. They are promised to distribute Russian citizens, making free overhaul. Russian invaders decided to issue warrants on "homeless" apartments in the captured Mariupol. This was reported with reference to the so -called head of the city of Oleg Morgun on December 17 at the Pravda DNR. The propagandists assured that each apartment undergoes a "legitimate procedure", as a result of which it is recognized as "homeless".

Only after the court's decision is housing transferred to the municipality. Residents of the city with passports of the Russian Federation are promised to provide apartments in accordance with the queue. "Many scare it: and suddenly the owner will come? He will come to us, and the city will explain why so. We are acting within the law," Morgun said.

Before registration of warrants in the apartments, they promise to overhaul with the replacement of wiring, pipes of heat and water supply, as well as install plumbing and part of the furniture. All this will be done for free. The apartments, according to Roszma, will be able to calculate the residents of Mariupol, who lost their own housing in 2022. It is noted that they will be able to get compensatory apartments in the same areas where they lived earlier.

The center of national resistance stressed that all legal documents issued by the aggressor country have no legal force. The homeowners as of February 24, 2022 retain their property rights despite any occupiers' documents. The CNS also reported that "homeless" apartments are not only as a result of the departure or death of Ukrainians. In particular, in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, the invaders decided to "transfer" debts for utilities.
