"Will have to make decisions": Washington wants to negotiate between Ukraine and the Russian Federation

American official Jonathan Feiner even spent the planned terms - by the end of 2024. The US also promises to prepare Ukraine for a new offensive. The United States and allies will efforts to negotiate between Ukraine and Russia by the end of 2024. This was stated by the first deputy assistant to the US President on national security during the speech at the Aspen Security Forum, as transferred to Interfax-Ukraine on December 8.

"We want to put Ukraine by the end of the next year in such a situation that Russia has to decide whether to sit at the table of negotiations with acceptable conditions for Ukraine (…), or to face a stronger Ukraine," he explained. The US official noted that the Armed Forces will be able to start a new offensive. According to him, the US and Europe will increase the capacity of their MIC and Ukraine itself.

Feiner also recalled that Washington is working on the development of the Ukrainian industry. The White House representative said these issues were discussed at a conference at the US Ministry of Trade. Representatives from the United States, Europe and Ukraine were present at the meeting. The purpose of the conference, as noted in the administration of Joe Biden, was "focused on a significant increase in weapons production to support Ukraine's defense.

" The US and Ukraine signed a protocol concerning the joint production of air defense and ammunition systems. In addition, Kyiv received technical data on Frankensam hybrid air defense systems. The adviser to the US Department should come to Kiev. A "Agreement Agreement Team" was also formed, which will provide recommendations to partners on potential agreements and export requirements for the defense industry of Ukraine.
