"In total, the plant's territory includes about 24 buildings, the main buildings of the plant are currently under confident control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the serviceman assured. He acknowledged that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation really pressed both on the outskirts and in the center of Vovchansk. According to him, the defense forces lost "several positions".
