"We have enough weapons to restrain Putin, but not enough to perform an effective operation and reject Putin from Ukrainian land," he said. Poroshenko urged Western countries to continue supplying the air defense tanks and means, and also emphasized the need for missiles of a large radius of action and ammunition.

He also urged the countries to work together so that in March and April, Ukraine could go into counter -offensive and expel Russia beyond its borders and then officially join NATO.
