The journalist wrote that the body of the deceased was discovered by aeronautics during the monitoring of the Volchansk airspace with a drone. It was near the hospital, which the Russian military managed to capture.

According to one version of law enforcement officers, the deceased tried to leave a medical institution. The Russians saw, shot and threw a cart in the middle of a broken street.
