For a month, May 20, 2022, a court was innocent. The man with a court decision went to pick up his car, but it turned out that he was gone, and he was informed, they say, the car was handed over to the needs of the Armed Forces. The plain turned to the military units, but none of them received his car. Instead, the man began to receive penalties that on his car were violated by traffic regulations in the Kyiv region, then in Odesa region.
The teacher, together with his lawyers, wrote complaints and letters about this situation, but have not found extremes in the disappearance of the car. The patrol police do not comment on the situation, because they say, the investigation is ongoing. In the Rivne military administration, journalists were informed that the order of the commander of the military unit "On the forced alienation of the vehicle" was agreed by the Rivne Ova Rivne Ova.
Therefore, according to the order from the military administration, the lawyer adds, the car was taken from the police and transferred to the military unit. However, in the Ministry of Defense, the man replied: they received nothing there. The case is currently investigating the State Bureau of Investigation. The necessary investigative actions are taken to establish both the disappearance of the car and its return in favor of the state," - says Khmelnytskyi Terunation. Ivan Shanyuk says that he can only return his car or compensation for him by sue, but there is no party to which he has to sue. The man says that the car was the dream of the family, ordered it from abroad, repaired and traveled for about half a year.
He adds that if she really went to the Armed Forces, it would not be as unfortunate as that someone just made money or enriched. Recall that on May 13, a spokesman for the Ministry of Defense Dmitry Lazutkin informed that during the mobilization in Ukraine, citizens will be allowed to remove vehicles for the needs of the Armed Forces and other military formations.
