According to him, the war does not interfere with changes. "We continue to improve the structures of military administration.

Our main task is to make a more effective system of command of troops and eliminate duplication of functions," Sirsky said. The commander -in -chief wrote that these measures are carried out in the framework of the implementation of the strategy of development of species and individual troops. "For the first time, we plan for decades," Syrsky said. He stated that in the same context, the forces of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were formed.

In addition, as Sirsky wrote, the staffing structure of the General Staff units continues. In particular, there is a decrease in their number and deprivation of non -peculiar functions. Due to this, military administration bodies, which command troops in the areas of hostilities, have already been strengthened. "Our goal, despite Russian aggression, is to create a promising structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period before NATO's accession," the Armed Forces Commissar said.
