The Public Anti -Corruption Council at the Ministry of Defense asks the National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) to deal with two companies that have disrupted weapons: Polish "Alfa SP Z O. O. " and LLC "Lviv Arsenal". This is stated in the statement of the chairman of the Public Council of Yevgeny Grushovts to the director of NABU Semen Krivonos, reports "Ukrainian Pravda". Several risky counterparties with signs of corruption risks and dishonesty were included in the Public Council.

The Council notes that Alfa is engaged in non -specialized group trade, does not have tax reporting and is in criminal proceedings on the supply of substandard ammunition. However, it has concluded contracts with the Defense Ministry, which arrears of nearly 95. 6 million euros arose.

And "Lviv Arsenal", reported in the Public Council, specializes in professional, scientific and technical activities, but concluded a contract from the Ministry of Defense and did not put any projectile and a special vehicle for the army. This contract is now being considered a court case for a total amount of more than UAH 1. 5 billion.

Similar problems are observed in state companies of Ukraine, with which the Ministry of Defense has concluded contracts for the supply of weapons and military equipment, the Public Council notes. Grushovets asks Krivonos to investigate these facts and give them a proper legal assessment in the framework of the pre -trial investigation. According to the UP, the NABU also filed a crime against the two companies mentioned, so the bureau will be obliged to open the appropriate proceedings.
