Ukrainian Dron Kamikadze for $ 2,000 is tested: what will it take the Armed Forces (video)

The drone is able to deliver 15 kg of explosives, overcoming the distance of up to 300 km. It resembles Iranian UAV Shahd, but much cheaper and easier in production. Kryvyi Rih engineers began to test the domestic Dron Kamikadze "Kobra" for testing. The developers reported this Freedom. The team under the leadership of the Kryvyi Rih businessman Vitaliy Brizgalov conducts a test of the Cobra prototype at the landfill.

Engineers check whether the drone will be able to perform the tasks needed by the Ukrainian military during the fighting. According to Vitaliy Brizgalov, a new stage of "drones war" will begin soon, and the Armed Forces should be ready for him. "Dron-Kamikadze we called" cobra "because he" bites "and his task is to destroy," the engineer shared. The developers collected UAVs of aircraft type, equipped with three -meter wings and a powerful engine of their own production.

They combined two piston groups, double crankshafts, all this in the case and received a power plant worth about 150 euros, while foreign analogues are sold for about $ 2,000 accelerated to 150 km/h. With its help, the Armed Forces will send explosive "gifts" to the Russian army and destroy goals. As Vitaliy Brizgalov emphasized, Kobra is very reminiscent of the Iranian drones of the Shahd line, only much cheaper - the cost is almost $ 2,000.

Another advantage is the higher production speed, which has been achieved through the use of "classical technology", which has long been used for plane construction. "Steel surfaces that are fastened with rivets. Thousands of aircraft or 2,000 drones can be made using this technology," the developer said. He added that the manufacture of carbon drones requires expensive matrices and moves very slowly as the glue hardens almost a day.

But from sheet steel, aluminum and other traditional materials you can collect 10 aircraft a day and it will be 5 times cheaper. In the process of developing Ukrainian specialists had to solve many problems, one of them - the choice of propeller. As it turned out, their production around the world has declined significantly, so mass purchases are impossible. Then the team decided to make wooden propeller from beech independently.

Earlier, Vitaliy Brizgalov said that the parts for the drone "Cobra" are made of cold-rolled steel with anti-corrosion coating with the help of a CPC. The military advised engineers during the projection, reporting their wishes. The day before, they wrote in Cherkasy collecting drones-Kamikadze for the Armed Forces worth only $ 500. Engineers ordered parts abroad, and some of them were printed on a 3D printer.
