Recruitment is not enough: mobilization remains the main way of the Armed Forces - the shopping center

According to the representative of the Poltava Criminal Code Roman Istomina, only people with high levels of motivation that "know what they want" clearly - the prerogative of peace time. Mobilization remains the main way of manning the Armed Forces of Ukraine during martial law, because in the conditions of war it is impossible to cover the needs of the army only through recruitment.

This was stated by a representative of the Poltava Territorial Center for Connection and Social Support (TCC) Roman Istominin in an interview with Telegraph. Istomin noted that recruiting is the process of selecting candidates for military service. It is held among citizens with high levels of motivation who "know clearly what they want. " The representative of the Tax Code indicated that most often the contract is signed by people who wish to become professional servicemen.

At the same time, he emphasized that a similar way of completing the army is the prerogative of peace time. According to Istomin, in wartime, the army cannot cover its needs only at the expense of the rectutes. He noted that the contract service has a age range from 18 to 45 years old, while citizens aged 27 to 60 are mobilized. "No skepticism, there are only realities today," - said Istomin about recruiting.

According to a representative of the Tax Code, today recruits and mobilized are serving together. According to him, there is no difference in terms of requirements from the commander. We will remind, the head of the Kremenchug RTCC Miroslav Volkov told how often men need to pass the VLK. He noted that according to Order No. 402, the conscripted citizens should pass the VLK every five years in peacetime, but they made an amendment to this order, according to which the VLK should be passed annually.
