Loss of military ticket or officer's certificate: In the Tax Code explained how to act correctly

The military enlistment office emphasized that in the event of the loss of such a document, an investigation would be conducted. If a military ticket or officer's certificate has been lost, you should immediately contact the direct commander with a report that should explain the circumstances of the loss of the document.
