We support the war, we do not take responsibility for it - the results of the polling of Russians

The study states that in half a year of a full -scale war with Ukraine the mood of Russian society has not changed. At the same time, much of the Russians feel pride in the country. The Russian Analytical Service "Levada-Center" conducted another sociological study of the Russians' attitude to the war against Ukraine. It turned out that the vast majority still supports the actions of Russian invaders.

46% of respondents "probably support" the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, another 30% "support". They do not support - only 17% of respondents. Compared to March, the level of support decreased by only 4%, and this is despite the fact that the statistical error of the study, which was attended by 1,600 Russian citizens, does not exceed 3. 4%. The least supporters of the Russian army-65%-in the age category of 18-24 years.

Among those surveyed at the age of 55 and older than them are 85%. It is noteworthy that at the same time the Russians do not feel responsible for the death of peaceful people and destruction in Ukraine. 60% of respondents said they were not liable for this, 23% believe that they are only liable and only 10% recognized that they are certainly responsible. The Russians also asked what feelings they feel about the war against Ukraine.

As it turned out, the figures did not change significantly compared to March. 48% feel "pride in Russia", 31% - "anxiety, fear, horror. " When asked whether to continue the war or to go to negotiations, interviewed was divided almost equally: almost half (48%) believe that it is necessary to continue hostilities, a little less (44%) - that peace talks are worth starting.
