Director Patrick Vega claims that he has developed a new technology. It is not based on processing with the help of Putin's real photos, but on the creation of a virtual actor with the face and figure of the dictator. "This is the first movie that uses this technology," the director said. Putin has already purchased more than 50 countries, including Germany. It will be released on September 26.
