Shahd drones attacked Ukraine night: explosions were heard in two areas, details (photos)

Iranian UAVs flew into the territory of Ukraine from the south and headed in the direction of Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk regions. On the night of October 2-3, Russia directed to Ukraine another pack of drones-Kamikadze Shahd-136. The drones headed from the south and threatened the central regions near the front line. The details of the night events figured out the focus. The Armed Forces Air Force reported the threat of strike drones around midnight on October 3.

It was then that the alarm signal in the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions. An hour of danger was warned by residents of two central regions . . Monitoring Publisi reported about the Shahheda movement, which flew over Ochakov in Mykolaiv region and headed towards Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk region. Air alarm signal was announced in Dnepropetrovsk (at 1:22) and in Zaporizhzhya (1:40) regions. Further in the rest of the areas, the alarm did not spread. Later, the monitoring was reported explosions.

In particular, in Mykolaiv region it was loud around 2:00 am, in Dnipropetrovsk - about 3:00. Currently, the military administrations and the Armed Forces have not commented on the effects of drones on the night of October 3, 2023. It should be noted that the head of the Press Center "South" Natalia Humeniuk noted that for a few days the Russians launch small batches of Dron-Kamikadze Shahd.

According to the command, this testifies to the enemy's efforts to explore the position of Ukrainian air defense systems. The new tactics of the Russians are confirmed by the attack on October 2: then they launched seven "Shahamed". Meanwhile, a different picture was observed during September: in the direction of Ukraine, several dozen drones flew every night. On September 28, the record was set - 44 drones were used.
