Replenishment, rotations and vacations can improve the service, but complete demobilization, according to Deputy Commander 3 OSHBR Maxim Furba, is only possible after the war. Demobilization during the war with Russia is impossible because it will adversely affect the army. Deputy Commander 3 OSHBR Maxim Zhorin expressed his opinion on the Apostrophe TV. He stressed that the Armed Forces of Ukraine cannot afford demobilization. This problem can be solved.
"Demobilization before the end of the war I consider it to be a crime at all, everything will have to hold on," Georin said. Replenishment, rotation and vacations can improve service, but complete demobilization, in his opinion, is possible only after the war.
