"May be reversible": Putin's words were explained in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation about exit

The department claims that Russia will continue to observe some of the provisions of the nuclear agreement and exchange reports of the launches of the IBB and BRPC with the United States. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation clarified the statement of President Vladimir Putin to suspend the agreement on measures to further reduce and restrict strategic offensive weapons (DSU).

The department stated that Russia will continue to comply with the quantitative restrictions specified in the agreement. This is stated on the official site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. It is reported that Russia also intends to exchange reports of IBR and BRPC from the United States, based on an agreement between the USSR and the United States in 1988. The publication emphasized that Putin's decision to suspend the DSno could be reversible.

"To do this, Washington must show political will, make honest efforts in order to jointly de -escalate and create the conditions for restoring the full -formal functioning of the treaty and, accordingly, comprehensive ensuring its viability," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation said. The department also accused the United States of attempting to undermine Russia's national security and actions that allegedly contradict the DSno.

"The extreme degree of hostility of Washington, the confrontation that is injected by him, and an open course on the malicious escalation of the conflict in Ukraine and around it, created for us a fundamentally different situation in the field of security," the publication reads.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation believes that NATO countries are "consolidated on anti -Russian soil", practice the so -called "joint nuclear missions", proclaimed themselves a "nuclear alliance", and sought to extend to the East. It is also reported that the United States has long been violating the central provisions of the nuclear agreement.

The Russian department stated that Washington unilaterally excluded from the enrollment of DSSO more than 100 units of US strategic offensive weapons. Recall that on February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an annual message to the Federal Assembly, in the process of which he announced the withdrawal from the US Agreement on strategic offensive weapons.
