The Russian Federation has declared the development of a missile for SCRC C-400 class "Earth-Earth": what is known

Experts also add that after crossing the radio horizon, the radar station can no longer "lead" the rocket, so its accuracy is significantly deteriorating and the ammunition falls on an approximate target.
