She stressed that the State Border Service confirmed that to cross the border with a man who was expelled from military accounting, it is enough to show the border guards a military accounting document with a corresponding mark. The lawyer also advises to send a request to the STSU to confirm your border guards to cross the border without a HCC certificate. Marina Becalo added that the HCC can be obtained, regardless of whether you cross the border or not.
