Putin tries to create an anti -Western coalition: in ISW voiced China's position

According to American analysts, Vladimir Putin suggested that Xi Jinping to create an anti -Western block to create a "multipolar world order", as well as the cessation of dominance of the United States. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has approved a new concept of Russian foreign policy, which probably involves the formation of an anti -Western coalition, including China. This conclusion was reached by analysts of the Institute of War Study (ISW) in the report of March 31.

According to the authors of the report, the document contains the accusations of the West of solving a hybrid war in order to weaken Russia. The text of the new concept also refers to the need to establish a "multipolar world order" and to stop the US domination in the international arena.

American analysts indicated that the Russian president tried to use the visit of Xi Cinpin to Moscow on March 20-22 to implement his plan to unite the states against the event, but his attempt was not successful. "According to ISW, Putin's proposal for the creation of an anti -Western block during a visit to Moscow was not positive because SI refused to unite China with the expected Putin geopolitical conflict with the West," the report reads.

According to experts, the refusal of the Chinese leader may be associated with the decrease in the economic potential of Russia and the failures of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. It should be reminded that on March 31, the deputy permanent representative of the PRC at the UN Gene Shuan said that China did not support the transfer of nuclear weapons to other countries, as well as the possibility of placing it outside the country.
