According to Vladimir Artyukh, the enemy tries to press morally not only on the military but also on civilians. This is one of the tasks of the invaders. At the borders of the Sumy region, the number of attacks of sabotage and intelligence groups by the enemy has increased. The head of the regional military administration Vladimir Artyukh in an interview with Ukrinform told what it could be related to. According to him, Russian invaders regularly change tactics.

Initially, within two months, they fired at the Sumy region, and now the actions of the DRG were added. "The enemy enters our territory, makes such outings constantly and along the entire length of the border, and we have the length of the border from the Russian Federation-more than 560 km. Such actions from the enemy were not so intense. Now they have become systemic, " - says Vladimir Artyukh.

It was separately stated that similar tactics from the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are recorded in the Chernihiv region. 5-10 people go to the Ukrainian territory, after which they try to commit murds and blasting. The main task of such measures is to influence the moral and psychological state of both military and civilians. "Of course, it affects the population.
