This frigate is the fourth ship in the series. The first of these - Admiral Gorshkov - was admitted to the Fleet of the Russian Federation in 2018. 22350 frigates are modern multi -purpose ships of the Russian Navy capable of performing a wide range of tasks both near the coast and in the oceans. Admiral Isakov can carry up to 16 winged rockets type "caliber", "onyx" or hypersonic "Zircon".

The protection against air threats is provided by the anti-aircraft missile complex "Polymen-Edge" with 32 trigger cells, which is able to intercept both aviation and ballistic goals at a distance of up to 150 km, writes "militaristic". The artillery weapon of the frigate includes the 130mm Artillery Installation A-192m. Next to the Helicopter Helicopters, two battle modules of Zak 3m89 "Palash" with two six-barrel 30 mm guns are located.

The descent of the ship on the water took place 11 years after its bookmark, which occurred in November 2013. According to the initial plan, the frigate was to be built in 2018. Eight such frigates are planned to be built within the project 22350. In addition to four already lowered water, four more ships are at different stages of construction on the "Northerile shipyard": it is expected that the new ship will be part of the Pacific Fleet in about 2027 after completion and testing.

We will remind, on July 29 in Russia a parade was held to the day of the Navy, which showed 20 ships and boats, one submarine and four sailing vessels. Only two ships of the Black Sea Fleet took part in the celebrations: Merkuri Corvette and Admiral Grigorovich Fregate.
