"About 12,000 North Korean conscripts will probably be involved in hostilities in the Kursk region in accordance with the pact on mutual military assistance between Russia and North Korea, concluded this year," the material reads.
Journalists also noted that the Kremlin may seek to use this large -scale counter -attack in the Kursk region in order to gain momentum and advance to the Sumy region. According to the authors of the material, Russia has already returned about half of the territory that Ukraine has seized from the beginning of the border breakthrough in the Kursk region.
