Zelensky imposed sanctions against the Motor Sich Motor Expature and 200 Russians
There are more than 200 Russians and several Ukrainians under the NSDC sanctions. In particular, the former President of "Motor Sich" Vyacheslav Boguslaev, who is suspected of connections with Russia and Iran, and among the Russians, the commander of the ROC, RF Strategic Troops, Serhiy Karakayev, came to the list of sanctions.

On October 23, the SBU announced the detention of Expature "Motor Sich" by Vyacheslav Boguslaev. He was declared suspected of aiding and collaborative activities. According to law enforcement officers, Motor Sich transferred equipment to Russia that the occupiers were used to repair combat helicopters.
