This opinion was voiced at a meeting of the UN Security Council permanent representative of the Russian Federation Vasyl Nemenz, reports TASS.

"If the decision to remove restrictions is indeed adopted or made, it will mean that from that moment NATO is starting a direct war with Russia. Separately, the Russian representative in the UN spoke about the possible supply of Iranian missiles for the Russian army.
