The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Alexei Kuleb told about it in the Telegram-channel. According to him, as a result of the shelling of the Kiev region, more than 20 people were injured, one peaceful resident was killed. The regional official also confirmed several "arrivals" on critical infrastructure in the region. Currently, the Kyiv region is completely deactivated. There is no heating and water supply partially, the Kuleb said.

The head of the OVA also recalled that the so -called "unbreakable points" unfolds in the region, where people can get basic services for free. There is light, Internet access and mobile. All information about locations is available on the sites of district councils and local self -government bodies. The addresses of the nearest points can be found in the city councils and village councils, as well as from police officers.
