Mayor Igor Terekhov reported that Russian invaders did not come closer to the city, but intensively use a weapon of a larger radius of action. According to him, the purpose of the enemy is to intimidate Kharkiv. He confirmed that the situation for energy is "very difficult".

However, according to him, in the city, "no one lowers hands": points of indomitable work around the clock, and in schools they feed people for free. On March 31, the Ministry of Energy said that Kharkiv was returning to the hourly shutdowns of light. According to the updated schedule of stabilization shutdowns, in the city and some settlements of the region from April 1 to April 7 there will not be four hours.
