According to her, from July 1, the Tax Code will first enter the data in the register "Oberig", and only then - to the paper business. It actually concentrates full profile on citizens, from their place of work, suitability for health reasons, to a driver's license and the right to own a weapon. The Defense Ministry is currently working to provide a regulatory framework for the fact that the CCC employee can invite data to him from different state registers without the knowledge of a person.
So, even if the citizen did not go on military accounting, or did not update the data, information about him is still in the Unified Demographic Register due to receipt of a passport, registering a marriage or birth of a child, in the register of the tax service, the Pension Fund, the Ministry of Education, etc. Accordingly, it will be identified as a person who evades mobilization by comparing data from different registers.
