Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba stated that the aggressor country is genocide and should be held accountable. "Russia is genocide and should be held accountable," he wrote on Twitter. The head of the department noted that he greets the resolution of the European Parliament on violation of human rights, violent deportation of Ukrainians and the violent adoption of Ukrainian children in Russia.
