Two commander of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation gave orders, which resulted in Ukraine for five months beaten by all types of missiles. Investigators found enough evidence to prove it, but in the administration of Vladimir Putin criticize the issuance of warrants. The Kremlin has accused the International Criminal Court (ICS) of secret processes that are being conducted abroad against Russia.

These secret processes are one of the reasons for ignoring the order for the arrest of a long-range air and space forces commander of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the commander of the Black Sea Fleet. The relevant statement was published by the Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov in a comment to RIA Novosti RIA.

Peskov recalled that Russia did not sign the so-called Roman Statute, according to which the Commander of the Far Aviation of PCS, Lieutenant General, Sergei Kobylyash and Commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Admiral, Viktor Sokolov should arrest. That is why the Russian warrant does not recognize. As, however, does not recognize the order issued in 2023 by other Russian officials. "We are not participants in the charter, we do not recognize it. This is not the first decision.

We also know that closed processes that are being made in secret. We treat such decisions appropriately. " It should be noted that on March 5 it became known about the ISS Order for the arrest of Kobylyash and Sokolov. The basis for arrest is the organization and conduct of massive missile strikes on civilian infrastructure sites of Ukraine, which lasted from October 2022 to March 2023.

The investigation received enough evidence that it was these Russians that were ordered to start launches "Caliber", "Iskander", X-101/X-555, X-29 and others. The Ukrainian authorities responded to the International Criminal Court. In particular, the head of the SBU Sergey Malyuk stressed that the Russian military not only obeyed the Kremlin orders, but did it "persistently". He also promised that Russian authorities and troops would be responsible for their crimes not only in court.

In the spring of 2023, two more Russian officials received the arrest warrant: Russian President Vladimir Putin and Children's Protection Commissioner Maria Lviv-Belova. These two people are accused of abduction of Ukrainian children. One of the main evidence in the case is the public statements of the Russians, in which they boasted their actions.
