In the near future, the situation in Ukraine can become critical due to the possible re -attack of Russia. This was stated today, January 18, at the International Economic Forum in Davos by Polish President Andrzej Duda.

According to Duda, the Russian army is now preparing for a new offensive in the Ukrainian territory and this can be a key moment of a full -scale war. "Russia does not seem. The Russians are still very strong. And many Russian soldiers on the battlefield," he commented. According to him, the world community will understand if Ukraine will survive in a few weeks.

"It may be a decisive moment in this war after a few months, and at this point we will get the answer to the question whether Ukraine will survive or not," the President of Poland added. In this regard, Duda urged the Allies to strengthen Kiev's military support, as the Armed Forces needed additional supply of weapons. "What we have already sent is not enough. Ukraine needs more effort, we must mobilize to help them because the situation is really difficult," he stressed.

The head of the Union State noted that the Ukrainian army is especially needed by modern Western tanks today. We will remind, on January 13 the expert of the President of the Russian Federation and economist Andrey Illarionov said that Russia plans to start a new large -scale offensive that will cover the whole of Ukraine.
