It makes the courage of our people and the absolutely natural desire of Ukrainians to find the best option. Ukrainians in this war are constantly studying a new one. New weapons - and we can be proud of our results on the use of new weapons. Many have been done in a short time that other states have been going or have been going for decades. Our warriors also master new methods of fighting, including all that relates to the use of drones. The leadership of Ukrainians is obvious.
And I thank everyone in our army, in our country and all volunteers who promote and make the necessary changes. Thank you to every commander who perceives and perceives positively. The Ukrainian army always succeeds when it is able to reject outdated, to act non -standard and completely clear what was planned for our Ukrainian results. And it should also be in the management of our army. Today we are making the kind of step towards present, a step to efficiency.
What enhances our whole army, because it strengthens every commander and later - every warrior of our army. From now on, the Army+Army will work. It starts from basic functions. And we will fill it with new features. In particular, electronic reports are immediately. When you can do at least an hour and days in a few minutes and clicks. There will also be an ID army. And a survey to see a real situation with our units. And this is only the first release of the Army+.
Further, as we filled our "action" with new functions, we will fill with new opportunities and "Army+". The purpose of this application is to release the Ukrainian army from a good paper work. That the commanders and soldiers do not spend their time on outdated and unnecessary bureaucracy and filling in papers. We start with reports: first - electronic reports, and we will continue bypass and all other papers.
But in the following stages of the development of the Army+, other functions should also appear in the application that will help our soldiers to fulfill all these necessary social and communicative needs for the service. In particular, the application will have courses and training programs that are needed. Mastering a new one is a priority for us.
Also, thanks to our state digital services, Ukrainians will be able to receive without bureaucracy all the social services that the state provides a warrior and a citizen. Transport - you can buy tickets or order other necessary services. Medicine and medical documents - all this should be and will be convenient. Banking and lending - the state creates and will increase the package of financial capacity for our Ukrainian soldiers.
And also, in particular, in the Army+there will be reliable communication between warriors - protected chats. Today, government officials and representatives of the Ministry of Defense will outline all the details. And in general, the Army+should become the second element of our digital state. Initially, we had an "action". And it is already used by more than 20 million Ukrainians and Ukrainian women. This is our superincarnation.
18 digital documents and more than 40 applications in the application and more than a hundred services are on the portal today. Next - "Army+". The second element. And it will also be full of services. And there will be another third, which we will introduce soon, in September. Our dream is an application for children, parents, teachers. "Action" is the functioning of our country. Army+is our protection, because these are our warriors. And "Dream" - Ukrainian children, our future.
