Refugee document. "I knew what they were capable of" - Standaper Natalia Garipova - about traveling abroad through the invasion of the Russian Federation
Natalia faced the questions whether there is a stand of a stand in the war and how to live on? The last days of Natalia Garipova's peaceful life - a stand -drill, screenwriter and TV presenter, but for the last two years 90% of her time she has devoted her motherhood. Of course, the jokes did not go anywhere from her life and, in parallel with the education of her daughter, she, together with the team, prepared a repetition of the concert tour of her mother returned.
We didn't plan anything like this video. Just life. The theme of the possible war was constantly hung in the air and media space, so Natalia suggested the likely development of events and from the beginning was convinced of the cruelty of the Russian offensive. I understood how Russia was leading wars because I am a migrant from Transnistria.
I knew how they started the war there when they shot the graduation classes - just children when they cut the Moldovan when they killed people who lived with us in one entrance. I saw all this out of the window: blood, corpses and soldiers that crawl. I knew what they were capable of, so I told the man that they needed to do something, somehow prepare. However, he replied that this could not be in the 21st century that the world could not allow it.
The beginning of Natalia with his family woke up on February 24 from the alarm. At the same time, they went to the friends wait one night, but in the morning they realized that they would not be able to return to their home. After a while, after the news about the shelling of critical and military infrastructure, they decided to go abroad. We did not want to go anywhere, at first we thought that together we will be released that everything would be decided now.
We had five children with us, we spent the night in the basement. However, after the shelling, we realized that we have no right to do so with children and that we need to export them. “Why am I going and what will I do next?” Natalia is indignant when she reads on social networks the idea that displaced persons in Europe are not busy and just drink coffee, forgetting what is happening in Ukraine. That's not all.
When you are leaving your country from which you did not want to go anywhere when you take out your baby - you have a heart on the border. On the way from the Ukrainian border to Warsaw, I just sobbed four hours. I don't know how old I have aged for this road.
I was ashamed, embarrassed, contrary to myself, and there were a lot of questions: am I weak? Do I have the right? Why do I go and what will I do next? After traveling abroad, when animal fear and danger disappeared, but pain and grief for every day of events in Ukraine continues to fill thoughts and emotions, Natalia wanted to do something for help. Without charity, you do not know how to worry. Because only when you know that you helped someone today can you go to bed quietly.
Natalia began with a post on a social network, where she called on friends and acquaintances in the creative shop to unite to organize charity projects, concerts and more. Maxim Konoval, Dima Savan, Yura Korogodin - so from the profile of those who responded, they decided to do something comedy. Initially, they planned a standing format for 50 spectators when they could transfer money for tickets for charity.
However, when Elena Kravets joined Natalie's initiative, the format was scale, because thanks to her experience and acquaintances, Elena began to attach to their program other artists, including singers. We did not understand what format we would get, how to combine comedians and singers. How to write jokes and in general, how to joke for the second week of war - we also did not understand. Everything we realized is that we should do something and it pushed us on.
The result was a good evening concert. We are from Ukraine!, With which the team began to speak European countries and raise funds for the benefit of charitable projects. Now I understand that a standap is not easy to entertain people. You really need people to relieve tension. People who laugh in 20 minutes at least 20 times are a small victory. Europe and the future I do not know more refugees who are so rejoice in Europe.
We do not disturb their lifestyle, we do not take their work because we want to go home. When registered, we had the only question: if we do it now, will we be able to return home as soon as we win? She does not think about staying in Berlin at all. Above all, Natalia Garipova dreams of walking back in Odessa again, look from the window of her home, meet friends. When I was driving, I knew I would be back. It's just not discussed. There's my house.
Maybe somewhere in Europe and cooler, higher salaries, but I have my home. All I loved, all that was with me - everything is left there. Natalie Garipova's story became part of a documentary further from director Artem Grigoryan. This is a movie about Ukrainian women who were forced to leave their homes because of a full -scale invasion of Russia, which was created by Ukrainian media teams and Knife Production! Films.
In this movie, we wanted to answer the question "What is next?" What they have experienced, what they think and how they live now, what women and children who have been forced to leave Ukraine dream of. War is not only events at the front, it is also the history of peaceful people in these events. It was important for us not only to gather interesting characters - all this is very difficult on the moral side - but also to put their thoughts in a single plot and a vision of the problem.
