What is the way to victory: Blinken outlined the US concept of war with the Russian Federation (video)

Ukraine should be successful in three directions and it will be the best response to the President of the Russian Federation, says US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. The American politician did not mention the possibility of winning the battlefield. The US Government implements Ukraine's success, which will help it defeat Russia and develop its economy. The concept does not include the participation of Americans in the war, but provides some assistance from the North Atlantic Alliance.

State Secretary of Anthony Blinken spoke about the details of the plan during a speech at the Brookings Institution in Washington, which was broadcast on July 1 on the State Department's YouTube channel. Blinken answered the question of how the United States see Ukraine's victory in the war with the Russian Federation. The politician began with what Ukraine's success will look like. According to him, Ukraine will have a developed economy and the field of defense, will have a "stable democracy".

After that, he listed the US actions that will win the war with the Russian Federation: in addition, there is another direction that is not directly related to the US - steps to join the EU. Blinken is convinced that Ukrainians will do everything they need to "strengthen and deepen democracy. " The three directions will make Ukraine successful and should influence the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during a speech by an American government official.

"A successful country that stands in these three areas and is Putin's strongest answer," Blinken said, without explaining whether the victory on the battlefield is possible. It should be noted that as of July 2, Ukraine has concluded 20 security agreements: 19 - with the countries of the Great Seven and other states, and one with the European Union. The EU agreements were signed on June 27 during a visit by Brussels President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Before that, on June 15-16, a global peaceful summit took place, which was attended by 101 delegations. Representatives of countries from all parts of the world came, and the final communique signed almost 80. Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin's statement appeared before the summit, in which he made his own concept of end of the war. According to the Russian head, Ukraine should give Russia four regions and Crimea, withdraw troops, and Russia can stop shooting.
