The death of more than 50 Ukrainian military as a result of the arrival of Iskander missiles is certainly on the conscience of the aggressor country. But in addition to the external enemy of the Armed Forces, it suffers from the inner - the endless "Soviet". The focus found out whether the soldiers could not die from their bosses.

The arrival of Iskander ballistic missiles in Poltava on the territory of the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization named after Kruty Heroes killed 53 and injured another 271 Ukrainian military person. "High chiefs write down responsibility for the lower. Generals may be familiar with each other for a long time, they will not listen to subordinates, even if they say smart things. There are no questions to the Russians: they are terrorists and firing civilian objects. But what did our command do for Safety of cadets? " He asks. The further the military centers are located from the borders with Russia, the more time it is for a reaction.

If the ballistics arrives in Poltava in 3-4 minutes, then to the west-in 7-8 minutes, the difference is still significant, the expert states. The terrain and huge forests in the west of the country will allow any military object to be hidden. Another important step is the operation of the IEP systems on the scoopes. Obviously, the drone "hung" over Poltava for hours and was not beaten.
