The conference is organized by the governments of the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, and more than 40 countries will participate. The British are going to give the ISS additional £ 395 thousand. Representatives of Ukraine - Minister of Justice Denis Masus and Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin should also visit the conference.

According to media, the United Kingdom and several other countries did not support the idea of ​​creating a tribunal because of excitement that it could undermine the work in progress of the ISS.
