The chairman of the profile committee Oleksandr Fedienko believes that the Russians are so afraid of Ukrainian UAVs that they will soon sit without mobile communication not only at night but also in the afternoon. In Russia, a few days have been switched off 4G cellular communication, probably to fight Ukrainian drones. This assumption in his Telegram-channel was expressed by Alexander Fedienko, the head of the Subcommittee of the Verkhovna Rada on digital infrastructure.

In his opinion, the disconnection of mobile prices in the Russian Federation may be associated with a restriction of navigation. Reductors can use inertial, GPS, or A-GPS systems, the latter, says the People's Deputy, just based on 4G technology. Oleksandr Fedienko also believes that shutdown - only the first "bell", which can follow more significant restrictions, to which the Russian population will gradually train.

"While the lock is purely at night, the Russians are already complaining, but I understand that at night they block to make it impossible to attack our UAVs. I hope soon will start blocking in the afternoon, and then they will return to 2G. The monkeys are monkeys. " In the western regions of Russia there are strange night shutdowns LTE. They are officially explained by technical work, for which, however, such shutdowns are not required.

The unofficial sources of the Russian edition "Kommersant" are talking about government work on anti -diseases. The power of the Pskov, Leningrad and Novgorod regions of Russia has announced that 4G connections will be switched off in regions by January 30. It is officially referred to "carrying out technical works on the reconciliation of radio frequency spectrum of transmission equipment".

But unofficial sources explain that the work is under the order of the Ministry of Defense for the needs of force departments, in particular the completion of antitrone systems. Operators note citizens' complaints about communication problems, and experts talk about risks in payment processing and video surveillance. Officials of the Pskov region reported that from January 25 to January 30, from 23:00 to 6:00 in the regions, the Mobile Internet 4G (LTE) will not work in the regions.

In the Voronezh region it is said that such works go there - they are planned at the federal level. At the official level, it is about "frequency reform", but local experts say that in this case, none of the operators would turn off the entire network at once - these works are carried out by separate sites. The sources of the three largest operators of the country say that the power is actually demanded, and there is no need for operators.
