The Kremlin head met with the ex-head of the Wagner PEC headquarters Andriy Troshev, whom Wagnerivtsi is considered a traitor through cooperation with the Defense Ministry after a failed rebellion. On September 28, it was reported that the ISW confirmed the return of Wagner PEC under Bakhmut. Currently, there are about 500 Wagner PECs under Bakhmut.
