They have stopped cultural exchange, scientific cooperation, educational and sports programs and more.

Similarly, for a period of three years, the National Security Council has submitted two Russian banks - an International Reserve Bank (MR Bank) and the HFC Bank to reduce Russia's influence on the Ukrainian financial system and prevent capital withdrawal. The most anticipated sanction measures by world leaders are the continuation of the isolation of the Russian financial system, in particular, because of disconnection from SWIFT of all Russian banks, as well as the movement towards the complete abandonment of Russian energy.
