"Unprecedented attempts": Putin answered whether the Russian Federation was interfering with Georgia and Moldova's elections

According to Dmitry Peskov, Moscow does not in any way affect the electoral processes in other countries, but the event is allegedly taking such steps, in particular about Tbilisi. Russia does not affect the elections in Moldova and Georgia and does not plan to do so in the future. This was stated by Russian Presidential President Dmitry Peskov, Interfax reports.

According to him, Moscow did not interfere in the electoral processes of Chisinau and Tbilisi, but here the event, he believes, regularly deals with it. "You know, we do not try, and we are unlikely to influence the development of the situation, the electoral processes in these countries," Dmitry Peskov said. As for Georgia, the Kremlin is convinced that the countries of the West not only "try to twist the hands of Tbilisi", but also dictate their conditions.
