We hear a lot and often heard about shock drones, and the video of their work has become very popular on social networks. However, no less important work is done by non -military drones.

It is these little drones that make it possible to adjust the fire of artillery, safely carry out intelligence, and sometimes make point bomb blows. “[Civilian drones] changed the tactics of combat. What happened several years ago and the amount of information that is given to collect and analyze drones now is a radical change, ”says Alexander, Head of the Kiev Training Center Dronarium.

An hour before this conversation, Alexander conducted a theoretical lesson for three dozen soldiers of the Armed Forces, who took an intensive five -day driving management course. In these five days, people here receive a huge amount of information - the basic course includes both aeronautics and fire adjustments, and work with shock drones, and protection against RBs. “I am pleasantly impressed. From the point of view of level, approach, dedication of both teachers and cadets.

Everyone who came here feels responsible not only for themselves, but also for their units . . . I have never had such a desire to study. We can lose in the amount of artillery, tanks, people, but we will definitely not lose from the point of view of technology and dedication. People understand what they are fighting for - there are no one here, ”says the fighter with the call sign.

There are two such preparation centers in Lviv and Kyiv now near the Dronarium School, and Dnipro and Cherkasy will soon be added to them. About 600 soldiers have passed through the Kiev Center, each of whom was ready for combat missions during the release from school, Alexander notes. Operators are constantly lacking, as the Armed Forces actively use civilian drones for various purposes.

Because of this, a short training course: at first the military demanded to prepare the operator in only two days. The instructors have asked 10. They came together on five -day intensive preparation: classes include theory and working out this knowledge in practice.

Soldiers who have passed the accelerated course say that five days are enough to learn how to manage drones and learn how to do basic things - to adjust the fire, to conduct intelligence, to resist the Reb - however, "they would like to get more time to feel more confident. " Now this situation in almost all directions, and UAV is no exception. For example, MDMP (Military Decision-Making Process-NATO Military Decision) is designed for a year.

Our soldiers pass it in two weeks - because we do not have another choice, explains Orest Bilous, Director of the Biral Military School. Since April, the school has prepared about 850 drone operators. He explains that summer is the best time for drones, so accelerated preparation of operators is very important. Air Intelligence gives unique opportunities, because it is from the air of the Armed Forces that the BC and headquarters of the Russians Command are often fixed.

Already in the autumn the weather will start to deteriorate - there will be more clouds and rains, and the temperature will start to fall, which will reduce the efficiency of UAV, and especially non -military drones that are not intended for work in such conditions. The course for drone operators is based on the principle of "from light to complex", explains Alexander. Thanks to this specialty, even a soldier who has never run a drone can learn.

Already on the site of the soldier, he better understands the needs of his unit and adapts to them - someone needs exclusively the intelligence function, someone will more often drop bombs on the heads and the technique of the invaders, and someone will often be engaged in adjusting the fire. According to Bogomola, with him there were representatives of different units and even different kinds of troops - both tankers, artillerymen, and sappers.

He has never previously managed drones before, and jokes that video games were needed in real life-after all, joystics for consoles are something like a remote control of drone. The spectrum of use of drones is incredibly wide. There are both large copters that can carry a battle charge and small drones that take off for a few minutes to "look around". In addition, the Ukrainian army is increasingly using drones-Kamikadze to harm the enemy.

Pilots and operators are now very needed, and such training centers are helping to close this need, as the Ukrainian army is actively using drones at the front. The more experienced operators in the army, the less loss of both people and in technology. To assist the army, the Ministry of Defense, together with the State Secretariat of Communications, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and the United 24 initiative organized the Drone Army Platform.

Its purpose is to collect as many different drones as possible. In addition to funding by the state, anyone can join the collection; In addition, people can send their copters to help save the lives of the Armed Forces. During the month of the platform, people from all over the world have been induced by over UAH 630 million to buy drones. The drone army has already concluded contracts worth 260.
