Mobilization in Ukraine: What diseases of the nervous system will not be taken to the army

Patients with meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis, epilepsy are considered unusable during martial law. In Ukraine, general mobilization and martial law continues, within which conscripts are called for service. However, there are a number of legal grounds, including medical ones, which provide for the release of mobilization. They are registered in the Order No.

490 of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which approves changes in the Regulation on the Military Medical Expertise in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The document provides a list of diagnoses related to violations of the function of the central nervous system (CNS) that make it impossible for military service.
