Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will increase the number of the army of the Russian aggressor country at the expense of graduates in the temporarily occupied territories of the south and east of Ukraine. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar during a briefing. She reminded that Putin signed a decree to increase the number of Russian army.

According to the painter, the residents of the occupied south and east understand that the army of the aggressor country will increase at the expense of Ukrainian graduates.
