A sharp increase in railway traffic is likely to indicate the supply of weapons ...

After meeting Kim and Putin of the DPRK sharply increased transportation to Russia (satellite images)

A sharp increase in railway traffic is likely to indicate the supply of weapons and ammunition to North Korea to Russia. The research conducted by the American Center for Strategic and International Research in the Project "Beyond Paralal" revealed a significant increase in the volume of cargoes between North Korea and Russia after meeting heads of both countries in September. This is stated in Beyond Parallel.

Satellite photography of a railway facility in the city of Tumangan, located near the border with Russia, made on October 5, 2023, showed a unique phenomenon - a record number of freight wagons was recorded in the territory, their total number was about 73. which American analysts from Beyond Paralal have been observed on the facility for the last five years - even before the coronavirus pandemic. In addition, construction is probably a new warehouse near it.

"Given that Kim and Putin have discussed some issues of military exchange and cooperation at the last summit, a sharp increase in railway traffic is likely to indicate the supply of weapons and ammunition to North Korea to Russia," the publication reads. Recall that in September, the Western media wrote that the US is ready to "react" if the DPRK supplies weapons to the Russian Federation.
