Status of combatants: became known how to get privileges to the military

Bill No. 1006 provides for the submission of old military documents, verification of men on men from 16 databases and registration of necessary applications for status through the e-cabinet. In Ukraine, the old system has faced the difficulties in working out many applications from the military and their loved ones to obtain status or benefits.

Currently, deputies propose to amend the legislation, which provide for the introduction of online military accounting and automatic granting of UBD and other privileges through the personal office of the military. This is stated in the Bill No. 10062.

Ukrainian MPs propose to translate the entire process of military accounting in online mode, to collect more complete information about men aged 17 to 60 years and to provide UBD status, disability related to hostilities, and status relatives of the dead online. Bill No. 10062, which provides for the submission of old military documents, verification of data on men from 16 databases and registration of necessary applications for status through the e-cabinet.

The authors have identified for themselves the tasks that the project should improve: to implement this, changes are offered to the law on the register of conscripts and the law on veterans. Once all of the conscripts are registered in the register, the process of obtaining the status of UBD must begin within five days from the moment of execution of the combat order.

Authorized representatives of military units will begin to prepare a certificate of direct participation in hostilities and provide information on confirmation of such participation in the events necessary for the protection of Ukraine, ensuring the safety of citizens and national interests of the country in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. They will also make applications through the registry.

One copy of a certificate of direct participation in hostilities in paper form is provided by a serviceman. The status of a participant of hostilities is automatically acquired after forming an extract together with a unique electronic identifier (QR code, bar code, digital code) with the use of the register in the manner established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

If it is not possible to provide the above information in electronic form, then a certificate of direct participation in hostilities should be submitted in writing at the same time set before the commission for consideration of materials for recognition by participants of hostilities, in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

In the same order, the status of a participant of hostilities is acquired Operations (ATO) or in the protection of Ukraine from aggression by the Russian Federation, have the right to apply in writing or electronic form through a single state web portal of electronic services "Action" or a register of veterans. The application must contain the necessary information to establish the status of a person with a disability caused by hostilities, as well as the status of a relative of the deceased.

The attached copies of the relevant documents must be certified by the applicant's signature. If you have all the military in the register, this action can be done online. The legislation provides for the creation of an online access to obtain services and benefits for veterans. Electronic Cabinet - the registry's software interface is intended to display information about the conscript, the military, the reserve contained in the Register.

The procedure and parameters of access to the e -cabinet, the list of information displayed, as well as the list of services provided by the conscript, the conscript, reserve through the electronic cabinet, is determined by the procedure of keeping the Register approved by the Register.

The authors of the draft law propose to add to the principles of the register the identification of all persons who should be in the register and re -registration of accounting documents according to the register: recall, in the Pension Fund of Ukraine told that the miners mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces during a special period, enroll the period. Services for miners, as a result of which a person will receive the right to a preferential pension.
